TO CHECK THE COMPATABILE VERSION:

- Hold the MENU button for 5 seconds
- Select software update/versions
- Installed SW Train Version (TOP ROW)
SEND THE VERSION TO US VIA EMAIL
Step 2
Check your Installed SW Train Version and ensure it looks like any of the below examples:
- MST2_EU_VW_PQ_P0xxxT
- MST2_EU_VW_ZR_P0xxxT
- MST2_EU_VW_PxxxxD
- MST2_EU_VW_ExxxxD
- MST2_EU_VW_KxxxxD

Does your headunit (with navigation) have 2 SD card slots?
If yes, then our service is compatible and you may proceed.
If not and you only have 1 SD card slot, unfortunately our service will not work for you.
Activations can be done by coming to us in Leicester or Remotely depending on your software version.
